About the position

The Payroll / Credentialing Specialist will support the Human Resources Department by managing various aspects of payroll and medical staff credentialing functions. The role may also encompass additional HR responsibilities such as employment, compensation, employee relations, and training, depending on the candidate's experience and skill set.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll functions for all staff as needed.
• Oversee medical staff credentialing processes.
• Assist in employment and compensation functions as required.
• Support employee relations initiatives.
• Facilitate training programs for staff.

Requirements

• Preferred five (5) years of related experience in Payroll, Medical Staff Credentialing, or Human Resources roles.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• CPR Certification is required or must be completed upon the next available program.

Nice-to-haves

• SHRM Certification or equivalent is desired but not required.
