Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers as the first point of contact for all confidential pay related questions.
  • Interpret and respond to pay related questions and conduct research and adjust pay as necessary.
  • Communicate and provide training regarding payroll processes.
  • Respond to payroll related inquiries; answer inbound calls and draft and send email and Qualcomm messages.
  • Research issues resulting from both written and verbal inquiries utilizing multiple resources and systems; make necessary adjustments following established procedures.
  • Regularly provide support to other department personnel and additional payroll functions to meet deadlines.
  • Promote driver retention and safety.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of all projects.
  • Perform additional duties as required by leadership; assist in general office duties and special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • One (1) year previous customer service or payroll related experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, & Power Point.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
