About the position

The Payroll Customer Service role at DISH Network involves providing support to employees and managers regarding payroll inquiries, assisting with payroll software navigation, and ensuring accurate resolution of payroll-related issues. This position is integral to maintaining effective communication between employees and the Human Resources team, contributing to a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and timely assistance to employees and managers regarding payroll inquiries
• Assist employees and managers with navigating payroll and timekeeping software
• Collaborate with senior team members to ensure accurate and timely resolution of reported issues
• Complete employment verifications
• Manage incoming mail, email and phone calls
• Document employee interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions
• Work closely with Human Resources team members on cross functional issues and requests to ensure the best possible employee experience
• Assist with daily tasks and payroll processes as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Willingness/desire to learn
