The Payroll/Data Entry Specialist position at Corporate Payroll Services involves handling customer support and processing payroll data for clients. Responsibilities

• Data entry and import of data into payroll system
• Review data for completeness and accuracy
• Report potential issues to customer(s)
• Calculate and process payroll-related changes
• Research and escalate issues to the support team as needed
• Verify payroll output against reports
• Provide excellent customer service while handling inbound calls
• Provide excellent customer service via email support

Requirements

• Call center experience is a plus
• Strong data entry and phone-based support skills
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience using Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
