As a Payroll/HR Coordinator at PREEMP INC - HIRERESOURCE STAFFING, you will play a vital role in managing the end-to-end payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records. This position is essential for ensuring that payroll is processed accurately and on time, while also maintaining the integrity of employee records and benefits administration. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and reviewing monthly timesheets and coordinating payments with a third-party payroll agency. You will communicate with the payroll agency to manage the movement of new hires, resignations, terminations, bonuses, promotions, transfers, and salary increases. Additionally, you will handle employee queries related to payroll or benefits, generating reports for both internal use and external service providers. You will also assist host entities by providing necessary reports for tax filing purposes. Your responsibilities will extend to benefits administration, where you will coordinate the company’s benefits and pension plan, including enrollments, changes, transfers, and terminations. You will assist employees with benefits-related questions and reconcile benefits statements and invoices for medical, disability, and group life insurance for final approval. Maintaining employee records is another critical aspect of this position. You will ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee records, update and manage information in the HR Information System, and assist in collecting and verifying employee documentation. You will also maintain attendance and leave records to ensure that employee data is efficiently captured in payroll and personal records. In addition to these core responsibilities, you will assist visa agencies by providing necessary documentation for the visa process, issue invitation letters and certificates of employment upon request, and help answer employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits. You will also provide support for various HR projects and tasks as needed.
