This role focuses on new hires, onboarding processes, and payroll processing, ensuring efficient HR operations within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Handle new hires and onboarding processes for employees.
  • Process payroll for over 600 employees across multiple locations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Assist in resolving payroll-related inquiries and issues.
  • Support HR Director in various HR functions as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Experience with payroll processing and HR functions.
  • Familiarity with Paylocity software is a plus.
