Lycoming College is seeking a Payroll / HRIS Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is crucial as it serves as the institution's primary payroll administrator, responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of regular and special payrolls, as well as tax reporting. The Payroll / HRIS Specialist will also act as the primary administrator of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), making this position integral to the HR department. The successful candidate will provide additional support in various HR functions, including benefits administration, workers' compensation, and leave administration. This is a full-time position that is eligible for benefits, reflecting our commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable campus community that supports all faculty, staff, and students.
