About the position

The Payroll/Human Resources Administrator at Signature Management, LLC is responsible for managing payroll and HR functions within a leading New Home Builder and Property Management Company. This role involves overseeing employee onboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, and maintaining accurate financial records. The position emphasizes confidentiality, attention to detail, and effective communication, contributing to the overall success of the organization by ensuring employee satisfaction and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Oversee the completion of new hire documentation and benefits enrollment for eligible employees.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Accurately process payroll on schedule, ensuring compliance with wage allocations and relevant regulations.
  • Reconcile insurance billing for timely and accurate payments.
  • Use Excel for data management, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally.
  • Demonstrate regular and consistent attendance.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years in payroll/HR administration and full-charge bookkeeping.
  • Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with accounting software (Yardi/QuickBooks/App Folio/Paylocity) is preferred.
  • Strong focus on detail with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
