About the position

The Payroll Implementation Specialist will leverage their expertise in payroll and time management to provide exceptional onboarding experiences for clients during product or service implementations. This role focuses on client consultation, solution guidance, and building long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes to guide clients toward optimal solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and recommend new processes, tools, and approaches.
  • Develop long-term relationships and trust with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Interact and collaborate with team members in sales and customer service to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Regularly communicate with members of the client project team, prioritizing tasks, adhering to timelines, and addressing issues as they arise.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a client service or customer service environment.
  • At least 1 year of business consulting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
