Our purpose is clear: we build for a better society. As the Payroll Manager - Tax, you will provide payroll tax expertise that meets the current and future needs of our 4,000 US-based colleagues. Your role will ensure that payroll processes are compliant, accurate, timely, and resilient. This includes reviewing end-to-end payroll taxes, managing multi-state taxation, handling reciprocity issues, and overseeing forms collections. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our payroll system and ensuring that all tax-related matters are handled efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Provide payroll tax expertise services for US-based colleagues.
  • Review end-to-end payroll taxes and associated reconciliations.
  • Manage multi-state taxation and reciprocity issues.
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll processes.
  • Oversee forms collections related to payroll taxes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Certified Payroll Professional Certificate.
  • 8+ years of experience in a Payroll Office performing all payroll functions.
  • Proven experience working with payroll in a multi-state environment.
  • Proven ability to use MS Office tools, including Excel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of payroll software systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
