The Payroll Manager will manage the entire payroll life cycle and collaborate with various departments to resolve any payroll-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of payroll operations for the organization.
• Ensure timely and accurate bi-weekly payments to over 200 employees.
• Reconcile payroll reports and maintain appropriate journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with department heads and staff to address payroll corrections or issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Two years of payroll experience.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Abilia & MIP software.
