Responsibilities

  • Oversee all payroll processes, including journal entries and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and manage employee requests.
  • Complete W-2 reconciling, processing, and distribution tasks.
  • Balance payroll withholding accounts and address any discrepancies.
  • Perform quarterly tax reconciliation against filings and general ledger payroll accounts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, addressing tax notices as needed.
  • Lead and support payroll audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business, required.
  • ADP Workforce Now knowledge, preferred.
  • Multi-state payroll experience, preferred.
  • Previous experience in the legal industry is a plus.
