The Payroll Manager will be responsible for overseeing multistate payroll processing, ensuring compliance with various regulations, and managing payroll-related tasks efficiently. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and critical thinking, particularly in the context of payroll and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have experience in auditing payroll for accuracy and generating payroll reports, as well as familiarity with time systems and timecard auditing. Responsibilities

• Multistate payroll processing including time system and timecard auditing, garnishments and deductions
• Generate payroll reports
• Auditing of payroll for accuracy

Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience preferred
• 2+ years of supervisory or management level experience preferred
• Independent and proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Construction experience preferred
• Knowledge of UKG
