About the position

SNI Financial is seeking a Payroll Manager for a valued client located in West Denver. This position is a hybrid role, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work. The Payroll Manager will play a crucial role in managing the payroll department, overseeing a team of two payroll professionals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in payroll management and must hold a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation. This role requires a strong understanding of multi-state payroll processing and the ability to act as an employee advocate, addressing payroll-related inquiries and concerns. The Payroll Manager will also be responsible for reviewing payroll tax liabilities and ensuring compliance with all payroll regulations. Additionally, the Payroll Manager will oversee payroll management reporting, providing insights and data to support organizational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee payroll processing for the organization.
• Manage multi-state payroll processing to ensure compliance with various state regulations.
• Act as an employee advocate by answering payroll-related questions and concerns.
• Review all payroll tax liabilities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and manage all payroll management reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of payroll management experience.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is required.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll processing and compliance.
