About the position

The Payroll Manager will oversee payroll-related activities within the Real Estate industry, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple states. This role involves managing system enhancements, maintaining payroll records, and establishing policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the execution of bi-weekly payroll for multiple states, ensuring timely and correct payments.
  • Ensuring accurate recording and validation of all payroll related deductions and changes.
  • Managing the implementation of enhancements to the payroll system.
  • Establishing and maintaining written policies and procedures related to payroll.
  • Utilizing different accounting software systems and tools such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and UKG Pro.
  • Carrying out auditing and benefit functions as part of the role.
  • Processing approved time-off requests and ensuring data validation.
  • Monitoring and taking appropriate actions on customer accounts.

Requirements

  • Thorough understanding of Accounting Software Systems
  • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now
  • Expertise in Accounting Functions
  • Skill in Auditing
  • Knowledge of Benefit Functions
  • Familiarity with UKG Pro
  • Ability to Process Biweekly Payroll
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Manager in the Real Estate industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • High level of integrity and dependability
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
