Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for payroll operations
• Manage and oversee the payroll team
• Deliver high-level customer service for all participant employers and employees
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll
• Submit payroll-related reports and payroll taxes
• Manage and facilitate bi-weekly and weekly off-cycle payroll for over 4,500 employees
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 5 years of leadership experience in large, complex payroll operations
