About the position

The Payroll Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the Payroll department within our company located in West L.A. This full-time, permanent position requires a dedicated individual who can manage payroll processing for over 400 employees across multiple states. The successful candidate will work closely with management personnel to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with federal and state regulations, and the implementation of best practices in payroll management. In this role, the Payroll Manager will be responsible for maintaining payroll records, processing payroll transactions, and ensuring that all payroll-related inquiries are addressed promptly. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll systems, particularly ADP Payforce or ADP Enterprise, and will be able to leverage this knowledge to enhance the efficiency of the payroll process. Additionally, the Payroll Manager will be expected to stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and ensure that the company remains compliant with all applicable laws.
