About the position

The Payroll Manager position is a leadership role within a successful manufacturing company located in Menomonee Falls, WI. This role is crucial for overseeing the payroll processes for both union and nonunion employees, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in payroll operations. The Payroll Manager will also be involved in enhancing the capabilities of the UKG payroll software and preparing payroll reports for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead bi-weekly payroll of union and nonunion employees
• Participate in the improvement of the UKG payroll software abilities
• Prepare payroll reporting for leadership weekly/quarterly
• Assist with garnishments, taxes, and other deductions to ensure accuracy
• Lead payroll audit efforts and build efficiencies

Requirements

• Five or more years of payroll leadership experience
• UKG or ADP payroll software experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree strongly desired
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
