Responsibilities

  • Enter new hire packet information into ADP Run.
  • Verify the accuracy of time cards, including missing punches and identification.
  • Prepare payroll for processing.
  • File important notices and organize incoming mail.
  • Pull reports from emails and send them to various departments, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Answer phones, file documents, order office supplies, and perform other various office duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or in a similar position.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
