About the position

The Payroll Operations Manager at Press Gold Group is responsible for overseeing payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role involves leading a team, providing technical support, and maintaining industry knowledge to enhance service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, customer service, and office management, with a focus on optimizing processes and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and process payroll accurately and on time for multiple clients.
• Lead the team to meet targets and optimize processes.
• Ensure efficient delivery of services to clients.
• Support clients by addressing and resolving HCM related issues promptly.
• Stay current on the latest payroll and human resource industry developments.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• 5 years Payroll Processing experience is required.
• 3 years of direct Office Management experience is required.
• 3 years of Customer Service experience is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Thorough understanding of all areas of HRIS and information systems.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, IT, HR, or related field preferred.
• CPP certification and Payroll Tax knowledge preferred.
