About the position

The Payroll Process & Project Manager at DXC Technology is responsible for leading payroll and time tracking implementation projects, focusing on process improvement and transformation within the AMS region. This role involves coordinating project delivery, ensuring compliance with global standards, and enhancing the overall employee experience through efficient payroll processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver projects on time, within budget, and with required quality and scope.
  • Plan and design projects, ensuring resource allocation and monitoring progress.
  • Resolve issues and manage communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders regarding strategy and progress.
  • Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Perform detailed requirements analysis and document processes.
  • Design processes to meet business needs and legal requirements while adhering to global standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing payroll and time tracking processes against benchmarks.
  • Identify out of scope services and redefine processes as necessary.
  • Perform user acceptance testing when required.
  • Carry out risk assessments and implement process improvements.
  • Drive automation of end-to-end processes to improve metrics and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (required).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Experience with SAP Payroll, Replicon, Kronos, or Workday Time Tracking is preferred.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • PMI certification (PMP, Agile) would be an asset.
  • Technical system expertise with knowledge of integrations and implementation processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and determine acceptable solutions.
  • Professional experience in a multi-country role.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and enact continuous improvement objectives.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Highly organized self-starter with strong initiative and independence.
  • Results-oriented with excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
  • English proficiency.
