Responsibilities

• Process payroll for multiple clients accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with state and federal payroll regulations
• Maintain payroll records and prepare payroll reports
• Address payroll inquiries from clients and employees
• Stay up to date on payroll tax laws and deductions
• Collaborate with the accounting team for accurate financial reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Payroll Processor or in a similar role
• Experience in direct deposit and manual check printing
• Strong understanding of payroll principles, tax regulations, and compliance
• Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Strong communication and client service skills
