We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented execution-focused leader to drive efforts within our Payroll Services team under the Insights and Operations umbrella. This role is pivotal in managing dependencies, stakeholder interactions, and program initiatives that align with product teams' objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex compliance requirements. The Payroll Services team helps enable Gusto's vision through scalability, accuracy, and operational efficiency of the core Payroll system to support the growth of the business. In this role, you will manage dependencies and interactions for an expanding team crucial to Gusto's product offerings, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and ensure initiative alignment between Payroll Services and other core offerings such as GustoPro. You will act as a liaison between various teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution, lead and oversee key initiatives within the technical product and engineering scope, and prepare and manage content for All Hands meetings. Additionally, you will dive deep into product details to provide thorough support to the product management team as needed and stay informed about compliance requirements throughout the year.
