About The Position
ADP is seeking a Payroll Solutions Specialist to join our Human Resources Outsourcing department. In this role, you will be part of a high-performing team that provides support and guidance to Client Payroll Administrators regarding a wide variety of payroll and tax-related inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to uphold ADP's service reputation and ensure client satisfaction by delivering accurate, comprehensive, and friendly responses to client inquiries about payroll practices and tax considerations. Each day will present new questions and challenges, keeping the work dynamic and engaging. You will utilize multiple tools and resources to assist clients effectively, ensuring that your communication is clear and actionable. Your success in this role will be measured by client satisfaction scores, which you will strive to achieve through professionalism and rapport-building with clients. The position requires comfort in a metrics-driven call center environment, where you will be expected to manage a structured day while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor. You will be responsible for various tasks, including product support, payroll processing, tax assistance, consultation, quarter and year-end support, reporting and analysis, and collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors.
