Responsibilities

• Complete company-specific payroll configurations and analyses for business cases such as mergers and acquisitions.
• Coordinate processing of payroll information among team members.
• Prepare and distribute various payroll reports for clients and management.
• Interface with HR IT to ensure integration requirements are properly communicated and implemented.
• Reconcile payroll accounts.
• Respond to inquiries from clients or employees related to payroll and administration.
• Process garnishment orders and withholding orders.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in payroll processes.
• Experience with Ceridian DayForce applications.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Effective communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• 2 years of payroll experience with year-end process knowledge.
• Experience with UKG, ADP, and Ceridian DayForce payroll platforms.
• Experience managing payroll for over 5,000 employees.
• Familiarity with ticket management systems like ServiceNow.
• Ability to adapt and learn without standard operating procedures or manuals.
