Responsibilities

• Submit multi-state payroll

• Process bi-weekly payroll and off-cycle payments as needed

• Reconcile various benefits invoices and manage the 401k
• Ensure backup documentation is maintained
• Update elections and status changes for employees and set up new staff
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll
• Prepare various reports for management
• Assist with process improvements related to payroll software

Requirements

• Experience with multi-state payroll
• Proficiency in Paylocity or similar ERP software
• Degree preferred but open to years of experience
