Responsibilities

• Process outsourced payroll function for small to medium sized companies
• Prepare/Calculate employee checks, direct deposit, and taxes using in-house customized software
• Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to existing clients
• Interact with clients, assisting with payroll-related questions and concerns
• Manage client relationships and solve problems under pressure
• Perform miscellaneous clerical duties as needed

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Familiarity with computer-based programs
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to be a team player and flexible
