About the position

As a Payroll Specialist at Allied National Services, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that our payroll processes are executed with precision and timeliness. In addition to payroll processing, you will also assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and that new hires are set up correctly in our payroll system. You will be the point of contact for employees regarding payroll inquiries, benefits, and policies, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. Your role will also involve reconciling payroll discrepancies and proactively addressing any issues that arise, ensuring that our payroll operations run smoothly and efficiently. Staying updated on industry trends and changes in payroll regulations will be crucial in this position, as it will allow you to implement best practices and maintain the integrity of our payroll processes.   • Experience in ADP RUN or Workforce required.
