About the position

The Global Payroll Specialist will manage and execute payroll processes across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering accurate and timely payroll services. This role involves collaboration with HR, finance, and regional teams to streamline payroll operations and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes for multiple countries, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements for each jurisdiction.
• Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide guidance on payroll policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits of payroll data and processes to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll software and systems.
• Stay updated on global payroll trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance payroll operations.
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports for management, providing insights on payroll costs and trends.
• Support year-end processes, including tax filings and compliance documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in global payroll administration, with a focus on global payroll processes.
• Strong knowledge of international payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, SAP, Workday).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in payroll or accounting (e.g., CPP, FPC) is a plus.
