The Payroll Specialist plays a crucial role in administering the payroll function for our organization, directly reporting to the Manager of Payroll. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and adapt to new technologies, ensuring that payroll processes are executed with a high level of accuracy. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll data related to our bi-weekly payroll and weekly temporary associate payroll, which includes handling new hires, terminations, job changes, and other payroll-related adjustments. The role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to reconcile payroll data with various reports to ensure accuracy before payroll is processed. In addition to general payroll duties, the Payroll Specialist will also engage in administrative tasks that involve applying knowledge of company policies to assist internal customers with non-routine requests.
