AccountStaff is currently looking for a Payroll Coordinator for an established Pittsburgh professional services company. The ideal candidate will be familiar with all aspects of payroll and will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of payroll processes. This position is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing data entry support necessary to update and maintain the integrity of information in both the payroll and timekeeping systems. You will reconcile payroll reports, ensuring that all payments are made timely and accurately. Additionally, you will enter deduction arrears for any amounts due from employees and will be responsible for payroll taxes and fringe reporting. This role may also involve performing other duties as assigned or requested, contributing to the overall efficiency of the payroll department.
