About the position

ADP is hiring a Client Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying the ADP relationship forward after a sale and facilitating the first interaction between mid-sized business clients and ADP's industry-leading payroll and HR solutions. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with clients and ensuring a seamless implementation of ADP's technologies, which is crucial for the long-term success of your clients. Your efforts will directly impact the day-to-day lives of employees at these businesses, influencing everything from paychecks to health benefits and beyond. Your daily responsibilities will include ensuring that clients are comfortable using ADP's products and services. You will partner with clients to understand their business needs, analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes, and guide them towards the best solutions tailored to their unique needs. Each day will present new challenges as you work with clients from various geographies and industries, requiring you to adapt your approach to meet their specific requirements. Responsibilities

  • Onboard Clients by creating exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
  • Implement ADP Technologies by consulting with clients and analyzing existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution.
  • Partner Internally with ADP associates in sales and customer service, exchanging routine information with members of the client project team regarding priorities, timeliness, and issues as they arise.
  • Multi-Task & Communicate by working on multiple time-sensitive projects and sharing essential information with clients and teams at ADP.
  • Organize your daily schedule to manage a high volume of inbound calls, especially during peak seasons.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Basic project management skills
  • Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons
  • Experience in a similar role or military experience is acceptable.

Nice-to-haves

  • College degree (not required but preferred)
  • Experience in client onboarding or customer service roles.
