Responsibilities

• Handling payroll for clients using QuickBooks
• Preparing 1099-MISC, business licenses, and payroll returns
• Performing bookkeeping services for clients
• Processing and recording payroll transactions
• Preparing payroll tax return and annual information returns
• Compiling and analyzing financial information
• Preparing balance sheet, income statement, and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position
• Assisting and performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business
• At least 2 years of experience working in a CPA firm
• Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Client service oriented
