Responsibilities

• Process payroll for employees in the logistics sector using ADP payroll systems.
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and company deductions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws.
• Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve any issues promptly.
• Assist with payroll audits and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to streamline payroll processes.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in Payroll Processing
• 1 year of experience in Payroll Tax-Multistate
• 1 year of experience in Payroll - 500+
• 1 year of experience in Payroll Accounting & Benefits
• 1 year of experience using ADP
• 1 year of experience in Payroll Regulations
• 1 year of experience with Basic Software Skills
