Responsibilities

  • Preparing and organizing payroll execution for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll.
  • Ensuring payroll outputs are consistent with the pay structure.
  • Collaborating with the people and operations team to provide a payroll experience consistent with core employee values.
  • Managing daily mail distribution and scanning of payroll and payroll tax documents.
  • Handling employee inbound questions regarding pay via the ticketing system.
  • Providing an example to the team of how to be viewed as a trusted partner to the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of payroll experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a strong Excel background.
  • Extensive knowledge of Workday and database software.
  • Working knowledge of ADP SmartCompliance is helpful but not required.
  • Clear and friendly communication style with problem-solving abilities and a customer service mindset.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Strong organizational, team-oriented, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and problem-solving skills.
