About the position

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team in Beverly Hills, California. This role is crucial for managing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and addressing customer inquiries. The Payroll Specialist will also be responsible for payroll processing for a significant number of employees, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all payroll-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications
• Maintain precise customer credit records
• Use ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing and time card management
• Handle payroll processing for a significant number of employees, both hourly and salaried, located in California
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve them promptly and effectively
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary
• Utilize Excel for report generation
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required
• Knowledge in using Ceridian software is beneficial
• Ability to navigate Dayforce is needed
• Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration is advantageous
• Understanding of Accounting Functions is crucial
• Auditing skills are necessary
• Knowledge of Benefit Functions is important
