About The Position
The Payroll Specialist at Hill Mechanical Corporation will assist the Payroll Manager in processing payroll for a multi-state, multi-union workforce. This role requires a thorough understanding of collective bargaining agreements and compliance with various payroll laws and regulations. The Payroll Specialist will ensure accurate payroll processing for approximately 1,100 employees across five legal entities, while also addressing payroll inquiries and discrepancies.
