About the position

The Payroll Specialist role at Robert Half is a hybrid position focused on coordinating payroll processing across multiple countries, including the UK, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and Australia. Responsibilities

  • Coordinates payroll processing for several countries including the UK, Dubai, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Australia.
  • Leads the maintenance of payroll information, including collection, calculation, and entry of data, check distribution, retroactive pays, and front-end edits.
  • Processes the organization's payroll and compiles and analyzes payroll data to maintain accurate payroll records.
  • Coordinates with the internal finance team and/or payroll provider for disbursements of funds for employees, benefit providers, taxes, and other payments as necessary.
  • Processes statutory payments and identifies payroll process improvements and best practices.
  • Monitors payroll-related transactions to ensure compliance with external and internal policies.
  • Maintains knowledge of payroll-related rules and laws governing payroll administration practices.
  • Applies professional and technical knowledge to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of progressive payroll management experience.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Celergo products.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of payroll systems and applicable governing laws.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with internal and external colleagues and vendors.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality as required.
  • Strong analytical competence and working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office/Google Suite products.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
