The Payroll Specialist at AHS Staffing, Inc. is responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in timesheet data collection, and resolving discrepancies. Responsibilities
- Collect time sheet data from multiple sources
- Make PDF conversions from multiple types of files
- Enter timesheet data into multiple online systems
- Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
- Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping confidential information
- Process payroll and resolve any discrepancies between system of record and what the employees reported
- Multitask, stay on track, and meet deadlines
- Maintain a professional presence during phone calls
- Coordinate with Billing to ensure correct processes for accurate billing and deadlines are met
- Build and maintain relationships with employees and internal departments.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of payroll experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
