About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of all payroll-related tasks. The Payroll Specialist will provide excellent customer service to employees and management regarding payroll-related inquiries and issues. They will also be responsible for identifying and correcting errors or discrepancies in payroll processing and reporting. Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processes, including employee data, tax withholding, and benefits administration

Requirements

  • Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably with a background in corporate accounting or human resources
  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software, such as BambooHR or Paychex
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
