About the position

As a Payroll Business Partner I at ADP, you will serve as a primary client liaison for payroll-related concerns within the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) solution. This role involves providing specialized support and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with employment and tax laws, and delivering payroll solutions that enhance client satisfaction and retention. You will be responsible for troubleshooting client issues, educating clients about ADP products, and building strong relationships to foster trust and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor and problem solver for clients, addressing time-sensitive payroll issues.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through phone, email, and chat, exceeding their expectations in every interaction.
  • Educate clients on ADP products and services, providing recommendations based on their needs.
  • Organize daily tasks to manage a high volume of inbound calls, especially during peak seasons.

Requirements

  • 0-1 year of client and/or service experience.
  • Ability to work overtime during peak seasons.
  • Military experience is valued and recognized.

Nice-to-haves

  • Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
