As a Payroll Specialist at Pro-Vac, you will play a crucial role in managing payroll processes, including weekly payroll reporting and monthly union reporting. This position requires collaboration with payroll clerks and a strong focus on accuracy and detail in payroll data management. Responsibilities

• Assist with weekly payroll reporting
• Manage monthly union reporting
• Collaborate with payroll clerks on payroll-related tasks
• Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies
• Develop effective solutions for payroll issues

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• One or more years of related experience in payroll
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines, prevailing wages, and collective bargaining agreements
• Ability to spot inconsistencies in payroll data
• Experience with LCP Tracker (preferred)
• Familiarity with Washington Labor & Industries software (preferred)

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in industrial services, construction, or energy industry
• Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision
