Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and accurate input of payroll related items for assigned locations.
• Audits assigned facility data to ensure accuracy and consistency with policy and procedure.
• Process completed payroll including check preparation for timely distribution to facilities according to assigned schedules.
• Integrates the organization's mission and 'Guiding Principles' into daily practice.

Requirements

• Three (3) years' experience in Payroll preferred.
• Payroll experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Unrelenting attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
• Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
• Ability to process payroll with little or no supervision.
