About the position

The Payroll Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting facility Payroll personnel with the accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits for facility staff. This position ensures that employee information is recorded correctly, supporting all aspects of payroll and benefits processing while maintaining a solid audit trail and producing related reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist facility Payroll personnel with payroll and benefits processing.
• Ensure accurate and timely record of employee information.
• Maintain a solid audit trail for payroll and benefits processes.
• Produce related reports for payroll and benefits administration.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Time & Attendance administration, preferably with knowledge in UKG Workforce Management.
• Minimum of 2 years processing payroll, with knowledge in ADP Workforce Now required.
• Associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
