About the position

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll for a large number of hourly employees across multiple states. This role requires extensive use of ADP software and involves interaction with franchise general managers and employees to ensure accurate payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for 400-500 hourly employees on a weekly basis across multiple states.
• Utilize ADP software extensively, including Workforce and Time and Attendance modules.
• Interact with franchise general managers and employees regarding payroll matters.
• Perform general payroll duties as required.

Requirements

• 4 years of payroll experience required; ADP experience preferred.
• Multi-state payroll experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
