Responsibilities

• Be the driving force behind our payroll operations, ensuring every paycheck is accurate and on time.
• Maintain and update payroll records in our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to develop and implement payroll strategies that align with company goals.
• Generate and analyze payroll reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Tackle challenges head-on, working across departments to find effective solutions and keep operations running smoothly.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including tax filings and reporting.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of payroll processing or related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
• Mastery of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Exceptional data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
