About The Position
The Payroll Specialist will collaborate closely with the Payroll Manager to oversee multi-state payroll processes from start to finish. This includes calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions, as well as preparing and issuing earnings statements, paychecks, W2s, and managing direct deposits. The role requires ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and responding to employee inquiries.
