Familiarity with payroll software is preferred, but we are willing to provide training on the specific software used in our office. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, offering a competitive hourly wage between $21.41 and $22.73.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Perform data entry tasks related to payroll information
• Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
• Handle account reconciliation tasks
• Familiarity with payroll software, with training provided
• Proficient in 10-key typing for efficient data entry

• Prior experience in payroll or related field
