Responsibilities

  • Review and process payroll data for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Verify and correct timekeeping records, including in/out punches and missed punches, to ensure accurate calculation of wages and benefits.
  • Process employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits programs, and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits.
  • Maintain compliance with HR regulations and company policies by ensuring that all employee files are up to date with required documentation.
  • Track and manage employee time off, including vacation, sick leave, and other types of leave, to ensure accurate payroll calculations and reporting.

Requirements

  • Strong self-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.
  • Collaborative team player who communicates effectively and works well with others to achieve common goals.
  • Proactive and eager to learn, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Previous experience with employee benefits administration preferred.
