This full-time position is integral to our Human Resources department, focusing on the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing multi-state bi-weekly payroll, including bonuses, commissions, and incentives, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can handle both routine and non-routine payroll tasks, acting as a resource for payroll-related inquiries and procedural changes across the organization. In this position, the Payroll Specialist will reconcile payroll prior to transmission, validate confirmed reports, and monitor company input to ensure accurate data is received. The role also involves processing court-ordered wage garnishments and assisting the Payroll Manager with quarterly and yearly tax filings.
